Tim Hortons - Sherbrooke

Seriously, 3rd time I've come for apple donuts and it's impossible to get them and this evening at 6:00 p.m. they tell us we don't have any more donuts! No more traveling for nothing to this Tim! It's hard!

What a start to the year, it seemed like we were disturbing them to have a coffee, no queue but waiting a long time to take the order, order taken without looking at us. Finally it's getting sad what customer service is becoming.

Slow service, not friendly, some employees barely say hello, and the Espresso machine is constantly broken ?

Superb, dynamic and hard-working team. Listening to orders and fast for the few staff.

Eggs shell in breakfast, either way too much or no sauce at all in food like wraps, greenish eggs, so ive stopped taking food there. Out of then 10 times ill order a french vanilla, 6 times of those will be black coffee, even though its written fv on the cup. An order for a single coffe takes up to 20min, one of the worst tim hortons ive been to hands down
