The food is excellent! The portions are generous, and everything is very delicious. I would rate it a 5 out of 5.

I strongly encourage you to prioritize hygiene practices at your restaurant. It seems that basic hygiene protocols are being overlooked. I noticed cashiers and other staff handling various items with their bare hands without washing in between—ranging from the card machine to the pita bread. They also touched the phone and their delivery order screens without apparent concern for cleanliness. If this is happening in front of customers, I can only imagine what might be happening behind the scenes.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Although the prices have gone up in recent years, it’s still worth every penny. I'm a huge fan of both the dishes and the generous portions they serve. Food rating: 5/5.

The food was excellent, but the tables and windows were dirty. Additionally, there appears to be a lot of confusion among customers about where to find the menu. I recommend putting more focus on cleanliness and simplifying the menu location for customers.

The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the potatoes were undercooked and served cold, rendering them inedible.
