Excellent culinary experience. I loved everything I had. foie gras was tasty, frogbon and scallops were spiced with taste, pecan and pear cake desert was light and tender and so good! beautiful view from the window. all about great experience!

Excellent restaurant! the cook makes the dishes with creativity and good skill. for example, I ordered meat for rare chef and it is no doubt to fulfill my expectation. the price can be a bit high in sherbrooke, but eat, atmosphere and service worth the price.

La table du chef is a fantastic restaurant! from beginning to end the service was excellent; the hostess, waitress and sommelier were friendly, funny and attentive. eating was delicious with good portion sizes and beautiful presentation; the pickled Angus-Rindfilet and the Guanaja chocolate fondant were especially good. the ambiente is cozy and warm: excellent for date night!

It is a traditional French menu, but with a twist. everything was beautifully presented and excellently prepared. we had the ducks and the frog legs. that was our best meal in Canada.

Wonderful, inventive and local food served to the highest of standards! Friendly and attentive staff and an expansive wine list. A memorable evening for foodies, and anyone who enjoys a delicious meal!
