Additionally, my friend has celiac disease and when he informed the owner of this, the owner responded insensitively with, "If I had known that before, I would not have served you." This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Avoid eating here at all costs, as the food is of poor quality. My club sandwich was unappetizing, with the chicken seeming to be processed and the bacon tasting like store-bought bacon from Costco. My husband's hot chicken sandwich also had processed chicken and none of us were able to finish our meals.
The food is served quickly and the portions are huge, but the quality is lacking. The smoked meat is impressive, but they also offer a challenging eating contest with a $50 prize - if you can finish the massive poutine known as the "poutine titanic" in one sitting, it's free. Up until now, no one has been successful, so give it a try.
Belle Province is always a shure place for a quick and fair lunch at grasy spoon prices. If you know one, you know them all. Comforting when you travel. I have been to the one in Verdun, St-Constant, Cowhensville, Sherbrooke and you know that you will guet the same food.
Very affordable restaurant with good quality food. I love their fries and their meat cut thin is melting and delicious. Big portion for hungry, otherwise you bring it back to your home for a second lunch. for me, I warm up in a waffle and everything warms fast and doesn't get dry.miam..
I was amazed at how large the portions were. I paid a fair bit for 'fast food' but I had food to take home afterwards. Good value.
