Big Boys Fine Burger Co. - Shepway

I have visited several burger places, but this one is the best by far! The fries were amazing and the burgers were incredibly delicious and tender.

I called ahead before driving 20 minutes to Big Boys Burgers on a Wednesday for my birthday meal, only to find it closed at 8:15pm with no one answering the phone. I tried again on Saturday at 7:30pm and was informed they were about to close because they had run out of food. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be giving them another chance.

I visited this restaurant on Thursday, September 22nd. I absolutely loved it - I had the all-you-can-eat chicken wings and some rosemary fries. The buffalo wings were amazing, definitely worth a visit. The staff were fantastic and there was a really friendly atmosphere.

Not a good experience at all. Waited 30 minutes for our drinks after having to go to the counter to ask to order them. The customer service was lacking with the waitress having no sense of urgency, organisation or apology. The waitress looked like she didn’t want to be there. The food was over cooked and really greasy. Every other customer seemed to have the same problem as you could sense the tension.

We went to the Wednesday beer and burger deal night and are glad we did! Two awesome burgers and chips...one carnivore and one veggie. Great food, great beers, friendly service. Excellent value for money!!!
