Stopped in based on reviews and the food was good not great. I ordered the three meat meal. The smoked baloney was very good, but the sausage was dry and the ribs which had a great taste seemed like they had been boiled first to tenderize them. The service was very good staff was friendly and extremely helpful. My spouses chopped beef was tasty and the portions were big. Overall I would recommend them again.

At first just thought this place was going to be a one and done deal, but I just keep coming back, great mom and pop restaurant been in Wichita for 50+ years. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for some good bbq. (I was a pit master for 3 years) high recommended this amazing establishment! Praying over this establishment, God bless!

Meh... this was recommended to me as the best barbecue in town all I can say is that it did not live up to my expectations when someone from Texas tells you it's the best barbecue in town you really kind of get your hopes up the brisket tasted just like sliced roast beef at Golden Corral there was no fat rendering to it no bark on it and zero smoke flavor could have been baked in an oven for all I could tell the ribs were about a 3 out of 5 so for my $25 lunch I had two ribs and all of the brisket I could stand which meant I left most of it on my plate

We ate there yesterday. The sausage is plane-jane and just O.K. The smoked turkey was moist, but quite lacking in flavor. The brisket was terrible. It had absolutely no taste and was as dry as dust. It could only be choked down when drenched in sauce. The potato salad needed way more mustard and was gritty. The beans were the only good thing. It was honestly one of the worst BBQ places I have been to. The only reason the review isn't one star is they give you a decent amount and the beans were pretty good. Service was limited, but most of them were fairly friendly. They were out of the cheese and broccoli.
