Bj's Brewhouse Shenandoah

The food was very good. I ordered their special Pumkin beer, which was supposed to have the flavor and spices of pumpkin. It did not. When quizzed, the server checked with the bar and brought me a sample of the Pumkin to compare. It tasted exactly the same. When I asked if others had expressed similar concerns, he said that he was not receiving orders for it. I suggested that he make sure management knows that the wrong keg may be on tap.

The service was slow and my husband’s beer was warm.

Was very disappointed that the menu did not have cost for the various alcoholic beverages that were available. He had to ask the waiter who went to the bartender to get a cost unacceptable

Love going to BJs. The food and beer is always good. Great service too. I wish they had one closer to my side of town.

I have dined regularly at the Willowbrook restaurant and have never been disappointed. Waitress took our order then disappeared. Food was not good. Fish and chips were burnt. Oil was burnt or needed changing. My Wife’s steak sandwich was no better. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for another drink and some condiments. Guess I will stick with the Willowbrook site.
