Legit have no training what I swear they should be fired

I ordered two subs to deliver, and they sent a sub and someone else wrap. when I called the load, they said it was the fault of the Doordash driver (for they make it eat?) and if I want that sub, I have to get it myself. So I ordered the delivery to get my sandwich? No, they told me there was no possibility of a refund, and they gave me a stance as if I almost made it uncomfortable. never again.

I wouldn’t recommend. I went today and ordered 3 sandwiches and a soup. They never gave me the soup. I asked if she had put the soup in and she said yes. The sandwich wasn’t even all that because they messed up my order . I called for a refund and they hung up on me. So disappointing. Don’t recommend

Absolutely horrible this place. the customer service is not up to par and that women with the white hair and an attitude needs to be dealt with. unnacceptable! our order was taken by another customer and the employees were rude and disrespectful. the owner needs to be fired. wont go to this one ever again. not to mention that the i was going to use the ice machine and there was black particles in the ice before i even got to put any drink in my cup.
