Jack In The Box - Shelton

Jack in the Box consistently delivers quality food that always tastes great. I've never had an order messed up. However, the Drive-Thru customer service at this particular location can be hit or miss—sometimes it's not great, but usually, it's good. Overall, I have no major complaints.

It's fast food, so I didn't have high expectations. Unfortunately, things went downhill when I got all the way home only to find that my order was wrong, which meant I had to go back. I usually check my order before leaving, but this time I forgot. The good news is that the staff replaced everything without any hassle, and they were very polite and apologetic. They even threw in some extras as a gesture of goodwill. Overall, the service turned out to be quite impressive.
