Domino's Pizza - Shelley

We absolutely love our local Dominoes! This location is so impressive and always delivers exactly what you want your pizza experience to be... it's always fresh, high-quality, delicious, right on time, and not at all sloppy. Even their cheese to sauce ratio is perfect! Friendly and efficient staff... We feel so lucky to have such a great Dominoes nearby!!

In the past I frequently ordered from this store and had great service. Recently problems were encountered on the nights and weekends. Had an order that was supposed to be delivered to my house, watched as the delivery driver provided my order to a neighbor several houses down. Called and talked to a rude female supervisor who said she would do another order and send it out. After an hour of waiting no delivery. Called Mgr again who was complaining that it was not her fault, she has a bunch of new hires and I am suppose to wait several hours to get an order. Thanks but three times means you struck out and I have given by business to others in the City who will know how to treat a customer. If you call the franchise, do not expect any phone call back to discuss the issues that you have endured. Idaho Falls Broadway Manager should be commended for trying to fix the Shelley stores problem when the local manager only made excuses.

Normally this store has been good in the past, however in the last couple of months there have been continued problems. Orders cold when arriving 45 minutes late. Delivery driving taking your order to the wrong house. When you call and advise them of the problems, you end up talking to a juvenile who has no experience in customer service.

My order is always made correctly and well on top of that! I’ve only been in or called to speak to someone a few times but they are always so helpful and professional. My favorite dominos to order from.

Never has sauce , and when calling to ask I was told by assistant manager that it has plenty she made it herself , picture shown for proof spent over $60 and got dried noodles and a attitude from the so called manager and who can u complain to when it’s privately owned
