Not happy. ordered 7 clock online and said it would be ready at 7:35. I had risen at 7:40 a.m. and didn't go with my command until 8:10. the person who works has never told me a word, after 25 minutes I had to ask them for my order. when I came home, which is only 10 minutes away, eating was freezing, my burgers were made wrong, and the wobbles were badly burned. I tried to call the load, and it took a few minutes to answer for someone and when they did, I was taken into the grip for even longer. I tried to talk to someone and decided to take this assessment. I won't go back soon. I understand being busy, but the customer service was terrible. the bartender and several server went past me and several others waited for their commands and no one even said anything to us.

They had already tabulated for groups of our size (8.) larger groups would not be a problem. the appetizers were great, my bbq sponges was really good. others loved her huh, burger and wing. each ding was freshly fixed; nothing was precooked, then warned again and it shows. reasonable prices. good menu variant.

My son asked for wings. I said sure. Our order was 10 boneless wings and fish and chips. Actually wedges. $43.00 my fish was overcooked and looked like it was picked off someone’s plate before they put in in a box. No tarter sauce at all. If I could give them no stars I would. Save your money and go to McDonald’s and get chicken nuggets and a fish sandwich. I can guarantee you it will be cheaper and better then I’ll what I just paid 50 bucks for damn near with tip

It’s very disappointing how poorly this business is ran. There seem to be too few people in here to ever properly operate it. The people who do staff the business seem to care and are nice and attentive, but overworked. I’ve been coming here on a regular basis since they’ve opened in an attempt to keep this local business alive, but I doubt my contribution will help. My latest experiences are: Went in yesterday to take a visitor to our town. Slow service, but very friendly. This was accompanied by a sign on the door explaining that they are short-staffed. Why though? Is it lack of pay? Called tonight to get food to-go. Was told at 7:41 pm they’re closed. It’s a joke. The only sports/wing joint in Shelby Co is destined for a miserable failure.

We have only had one good experience here. Today we went in and hardly anyone was inside eating. We stood there for several minutes waiting to be seated and all we got was odd looks from staff. My girlfriend asked the bartender if we could sit at the bar since no one was seating us and she said with a not so pleasant tone I guess. If you don't have staff to sit people then let people seat themselves
