Arby's - Shelbyville

Third time I've been here from out of town. It's been clean every time. The food has been prepared and tasted the same every time. Staff has been great. I've seen the same manager dude every time and he is as professional as it gets. I hope he is paid well he deserves it.

Fresh and made to my specifications. My order is always custom and they have never failed to prepare it correctly.

Went through the drive-through and only ordered a double Beef and Chedder. My fault for trusting they could fill my order correctly. When I finally got to where I could eat, no double Beef and Chedder, just a regular roast beef sandwich. All that waiting to eat to be dissappointed.

Service was quick and the fries were fresh. We were disappointed with the roast beef sandwich there wasn't much meat and what was there was dry. The buns were over toasted (are they even supposed to be toasted? and dry. My double roast beef looked like a regular roast beef sandwich. Do better Arby's.
