Arby's - Shelbyville

Food was horrible, place is dirty . Convinced the manger is racist she toke a long time to attend us and even walked past us a couple times but greeted other customers as they came in. I get its fast food so I shouldn't expect much but I do expect at least equal treatment to all customers.

This restaurant was extremely disappointing. As a 57-year-old Hispanic male and a third generation born in the USA, I walked into the store and stood at the register for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. When the server finally came, she stood there silently without saying a word. I decided to place my order, but the next customer, who was white, was treated with much more respect. It is important to note that my family includes veterans, firefighters, and law enforcement officers. I do not expect anything for free, but the poor service and treatment I received were unacceptable.

I ordered a meal, but the person at the restaurant accidentally rang it up as if they had ordered it themselves. When we tried to explain the mistake, the employee was very rude. To make matters worse, when they gave us our missing food, it was thrown at us. If I owned this place, I would not want my employees to behave in such a manner.

Drive thru order DT311. 11/5/23. Found cheese on both sides of what was supposed to be at classic roast beef sandwich. When did they start putting cheese on everythingYUCK. Make sure that you check your food when using the Drive thru.

Always good food and service here. I love me some arbys!!
