Subway Sandwiches Salads - Shelby

The portions of meat and cheese are inconsistent, and when I pointed this out, they charged me even more. It’s shocking that even a simple sandwich can be made better. The service leaves much to be desired, and from what I can tell from other reviews, it seems to be the same three staff members causing the problems. The owner often claims that customer satisfaction is a priority, yet the staff's demeanor suggests otherwise. When I tried discussing my long-time order with them, they brushed me off, saying they needed to follow inventory protocols. It's hard to believe that a fast food establishment wouldn't prioritize customer requests—just make the sandwiches as we want! These issues seem to have surfaced following a change in management, and I’m genuinely disappointed. I won't be returning to this place; I’d rather go to Conrad's Subway instead. I dined in for dinner and had an excellent experience. The price per person was very reasonable, falling between $1 and $10. The food quality was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also a 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and enjoyable, giving it another score of 5. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the grilled chicken!

My granddaughter wanted to stop here, so we did, and she devoured a whole footlong sub. Personally, I prefer other sub shops over Subway. I rated it three stars, but I know she would give it five. Food: 3, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 3.

Quick stop for some Subs and stopped at this subway. We were the only customers in the store and ordering was easy. Our subs, however, were very messy, and one had so much honey mustard couldn't pick it up. The flat bread was very hard and my wife had to eat with a fork. Horrible. Mine was also flat bread and was ok it just had too much ranch dressing and completely cracked open, and contents fell out. Again, not the standards we except from Subway. Employees were young, probably high school but writing this as it may help manager with a teaching moment.
