Red Bridges Barbecue Lodge - Shelby

My second time here, along with a long-time friend. Just like the first, it still had good food, excellent service, and easy on the wallet prices. The dining area has that down to earth feeling with natural wood grains and what resembles homemade wooded lighting shades around the perimeter and hanging lighting. It does get busy at peak periods, so you may try to plan your stop just prior to post traditional meal times. It's worth a visit.

This restaurant embodies the classic essence of dining, preserving a timeless charm. With its authentic barbecue, it offers a nostalgic atmosphere that transports you back in time. If you find yourself traveling through Shelby on Highway 74, make sure to treat yourself to a visit at the Barbecue Lodge.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Our food was prepared quickly. Our server was very friendly. Each thing we ordered was delicious. I bought sauce to take back home to the Midwest. Don’t forget to order some banana pudding for dessert! Parking: Large parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Burgers, grilled cheese, and fries are kid friendly options on the menu.
