Good customer service good food good place to meet other people

The sandwiches here are consistently excellent, and the service is prompt. Firehouse also has a fantastic app that offers great rewards.

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday around 11:30 a.m. The food was excellent, and the staff was courteous. However, the manager’s behavior was quite unprofessional. She repeatedly criticized the staff for taking out too many chicken and dumplings—I must have heard "chicken and dumplings" at least 40 times while we were trying to place our order. I can only imagine how she treats her team when there are no customers around.

Excellent food but was kind of put off by sending machine out the window for tip.

I don't like the prices. Good food...but my own food would taste better for this price. Just saying. ?
