Przekaż informację zwrotnąI would like to submit a formal complaint about my recent experience in this shelby Dennys restaurant recently visit 11.2021. last night I was never treated as rude in a restaurant like Dennys in shelby. we ordered our food and drink. the server and the manager sat on the other side of the restaurant in one standing with a small baby they cared for while waiting for us. the baby in direction register and kept several times over the register and never washed their hands. first, the baby should never have been in the restaurant. that is also environmental and sanitation issues. our food sat in the area where it was ready b4 bring our food and we had to ask for everything, how serviettes, a teller, and later, when we were drinking more waitress or manager sat instead of letting us drink more. we were told that Dennys was open 24 hours after we got our food, told us that the restaurant was closed in a few minutes. although I was not ready to eat, had more to eat at this particular time. When we were ready to go, we were asked if we wanted to receive one when we paid. Nobody asked how our food or something was. they had closed the doors of the restaurant so they had to let us out. very bad experience here will never come back. I wouldn't even treat such a dog. hopefully others find a better place to dinate. dänner have gine completely down hill in shelby compare the way they wun run a few years ago! they will be convinced of the thing that it is pushing on the work in the last week because, based on what we have experienced last night, none of those who worked really wanted to be there. they all wanted to eat and be able to sit around the baby, which was a varied experience for us. it was totally terrible experience I never want to experience again. we will never be back!
Our waitress tonight, who had her hair in a bun, was fantastic. She put in a lot of effort and truly made our experience memorable. She's the main reason we return to this restaurant. Thank you for your outstanding service. You did an amazing job!
The restaurant was quite crowded, which shows just how popular Denny's really is. Our server, Sherrandy Swift, did an excellent job managing all the tables. When our food arrived, it was hot and delicious. Hats off to you, Denny's!
You have gluten-free English muffins! The portion is quite generous at 55.
When the previous GM was there, they tried to turn the store for the better. Food was great, services were excellent, open in time. Now they never have anything, they never open before 8/8:30 sometimes 9. Never have workers and the new GM is racist. The good workers are overworked and unhappy. Isn't there anyone monitoring this place? If I didn't know better, I'd think the new GM tried to finish the store. My family came to feed, we were informed by a wait (by short staff), when we were finally sitting and ordered, our food was basically raw. When we asked about the GM, we were finally informed that she was the cook for the day. It would be a waste of time to talk to her because she obviously didn't care how the food came from the kitchen. The 3 $10 burgers were raw, the 2 orders from Fritten were overcooked, and the Hash Browns came on the plate burned black on the top and uncooked on the bottom. It's like she cooked a side and just served it. Denny made a mistake. This was our almost daily restaurant, but this experience had an acidic taste in our mouth that we could not wash out! Please get it together before you lose big business! Our server tried to make it better, but the care must begin from above and not vice versa. How is it that the server supports more than the GM?
