Customer service seems to come at an extra cost here, as it certainly isn't guaranteed. The staff was rude, and their responses to negative reviews were dismissive. Someone needs to remind them that customers are what keep their business running. Serving patrons shouldn't be seen as a favor; rather, it's a privilege for the business to have customers.
As a Grubhub driver, I faced an unfortunate experience when my order was refused simply because I didn’t have my insulated bag, which isn’t provided by Grubhub by default like it is with DoorDash. In my hundreds of deliveries, I’ve never been required to have one, not even at other ice cream shops. I would recommend avoiding this place. I was particularly disappointed by the behavior of the middle-aged blonde lady there. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager of this store, who was exceedingly rude. I encountered a blonde employee working at 9:40 PM who told me I shouldn’t return to the store unless I had a cooler bag for my DoorDash order. After this experience, I will no longer accept orders from this location. I plan to reach out to management about how I was treated. As a new DoorDash driver, I haven’t received my cooler bag yet, but if you get an order from this store, I advise against taking it. It's just not worth the hassle.
