900 Degrees Pizzeria And Bistro

Our first visit to this restaurant was slightly unpleasant. Despite having made a 5:45 pm reservation through Open Table the day before, the restaurant did not receive it due to a glitch in their system. Although there were many open tables when we arrived, we were seated with the impression that it was causing an issue for the staff. We waited for 20 minutes without being greeted by a waiter, while other tables around us who arrived after us were being served. After flagging down a busboy, a waiter eventually came to our table and apologized for the delay, citing a busy evening. The restaurant felt uncomfortably humid, suggesting an issue with the air conditioning. The food was tasty and the service improved once we were attended to, but we are hesitant to return in the future.

This Pizzeria claims to have a high-class ambiance and be the best pizza place in the world, but in reality, it falls short. The establishment only cares about making money and not about customer satisfaction. If you order delivery, expect your food to arrive cold. When asked to warm it up, they brush off the request and suggest customers should get out of the house if they want warm food. Overall, not a recommended dining experience.

The food was terrible. The chicken was overcooked and chewy. The manager was very rude. I will not be returning.

Food was very good. Everyone, from kids to adults, enjoyed their meal.

The food was delicious and I can't wait to return soon.
