Salsa - Shelburne Falls

This place is awesome! Love the owners and the vibes esp on Thurs Karaoke nights. Their back yard outdoor seating is lovely too esp when there's live music.. which is always a great time at this spot!

While looking for a great restaurant while in Shelburne Falls, we settled on Salsa. Walking in the restaurant leaves a bit to be desired, but the food was incredible. They were very hospitable for our party of 8 when we showed up later in the evening on a Saturday night. Between all of us we essentially had a tasting menu, the steak, salmon, pork chop and chicken were all juicy, flavorful and excellent meals. Would definitely go back when in town!

We accidentally came upon this little gem while visiting the Bridge of Flowers. Everyone was very friendly and it had a good atmosphere. We ordered the chicken empanadas because they were all out of beef, which were delicious. They were out of pork so I ordered the grilled shrimp with rice and salad. The shrimp was good but the rice was a little bland (for Puerto Rican style) salad tasted fresh. The cocktails were just ok. The best part of the meal were the ribs, they were very delicious.
