I made an online reservation for a table for seven at Zizzi for the first time. However, when we arrived, they couldn't find our booking and seemed unfamiliar with Open Table. Luckily, there was a free table available, or we would have had to find another option. I'm not sure if I would depend on this service again in the future.

I made a reservation for 5 PM, and while the starter arrived fairly quickly, the main course didn't come out until 6:10. With the movie starting at 6:45, we didn't have enough time to enjoy a second course or even a coffee. We raised our concerns and ended up paying only for the starter, but it was clear that the staff were overwhelmed and unable to meet the needs of all their customers.

We've dined here several times, and the food has consistently been excellent.
