We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. One of the dishes we ordered arrived without the sauce, which we were not informed about when we placed our order. When we asked a waitress to bring us the sauce, she ignored us and the sauce never arrived. After 10 minutes, we were told they were out of the sauce, which was frustrating as we would not have ordered that dish if we had known. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. The staff were rude and seemed eager to leave. Instead of receiving a physical bill, we were given a card reader with the total displayed, which included an unexpected service charge. We would have requested for it to be removed if we had known about it. Overall, we recommend avoiding this restaurant.

The service at their new location near the oasis was appalling. My family waited in line for 20 minutes, despite the restaurant being only half full. When I inquired about the lengthy wait, the manager was extremely rude and informed me that the wait time was actually 30 minutes. I will not be dining here again.

What happened, Yo? We used to enjoy dining at your previous location, but our recent visit was extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant was cold, and I was shivering by the time we left. The seating was uncomfortable, with pallets designed for children, low tables, and limited space to move around. The service was slow, with mistakes in our order and staff asking us twice if we still wanted food. When we complained, the staff walked away mid-conversation, but the manager did try to apologize and offered a discount. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

We had gone for dinner with family and had a horrible experience. To start with we were seated very uncomfortably 7 people squashed on a table . Since it was our first experience we didn’t know how the ordering worked but the staff helped us with that. We started with few sushi’s but did t get to order mains as our experience with sushi itself was horrible. Staff had to be reminded multiple times about our ordered food and water to be served on table as the kids were extremely thirsty . Finally when sushi arrived it was dry and unpalatable. Staff was inhospitable and not responsive . It seemed they were doing a favour by serving food . Think twice before going to this place

We arrived an hour or so before it closed during the Christmas period, so we were prepared for there not to be much on the belt and needing to order. We were seated by a young guy at first who was great but then we were told to place our last order, as we were quickly looking through the app a woman came over and rushed us to stop looking and place our order before we’d really had a second to scroll through, but there was no telling her no so we quickly ordered a couple of bits but probably would’ve ordered more. The food was good but very small for the prices you pay. She then rushed us to pay and seemed almost annoyed we were there, which is fine it was nearing their close time I understand people want to go home. I paid but then when I asked for a receipt she got her back up and asked why, I explained that the bill didn’t add up to what we’d had and she informed me quite abruptly that she had added a £7 tip (the only table service that we received was our food silently being handed to us over the counter and her rushing us to leave). At no point were we told about this apparently mandatory tip and when I mentioned it she snapped back that it was written on the menu (the same menu we had been rushed to order from). I’m all for tipping when you’ve had a good experience or are a large party, but honestly for her very limited and cold service I wouldn’t have given one in this circumstance. I also think that customers shouldn’t be forced to pay a bill that they haven’t been shown, nor should servers hide tips and take money for them without first mentioning it.
