Pizza Express - Sheffield

Food was cold when delivered which was disappointing, due to paying higher price than a takeaway was expecting more sad to say I would rate dominoes higher

Visited today 16/12/19 for lunch with my daughter and two year old granddaughter. We didn’t have time to dawdle as we had tickets for the panto which started at 13.00. The food was spot on but the service was amazing. The chap serving us was just lovely and he was so good with my granddaughter. (She was kept occupied with the puzzle book which she was given). He ensured we weren’t kept waiting for our food and we left in plenty of time. Thank you because we didn’t get your name.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant because of the excellent service and friendly staff. The food was delicious and I had a great time. Can't wait to come back soon!

All The food was cold and too 1 hour and 20 minutes from ordering it. The kids meals had been thrown into a box , the accompanying salad hadn’t been packed. They instead threw 2 quarters of tomato and two halves a slice of cucumber. It was disgusting. My gluten free pizza was tiny cold and hard with barely any toppings on. I will never order again from pizza express. I have never in my life received such a terrible takeaway.

What a lovely guy his name was Jaimf Hope I’ve spelt it ok He was Spanish but didn’t know till spoke to manager So happy and helpful but not over the top he made us laugh and the food we chose with his help was perfect We will be back because of him
