Penistone Balti House - Sheffield

Really pleased that after change name it is still brilliant with value and really nice food and cheesy chips. Shop is now even more posh and car outside is vw people carrier not suzuki so even posh. Food is always very beautiful for 17 pound. Very recommend every time for the balti man. Minus 400 is still the balti man and really really recommend every time. Butiful. We keep spending 17 and enjoy every time even without T.

I enjoyed the presence of T and the cheesy chips at this restaurant. I especially liked the pepperoni pizza and I should always order the Balti Man. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the portion size of the chips. They have the best pizzas and a wide variety of kebabs, although it can get very busy at times. However, this just means that there are lots of satisfied customers. The staff always make you feel welcome, the only drawback is sometimes having to navigate around parked cars in front of the Balti Man.

I used to come here all the time for cheese fries and they were the best cheese fries I've ever had, but they recently changed the seasoning on the fries and it's almost pure salt, so I ended up eating a very, very salty portion of fries after adding a spice chip. Change it back!

Recently, we fell in love with this place after searching throughout downtown Penistone for a place to eat. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. The service was fast. The prices are fair. We were able to sit down and eat and saw many customers, many of whom seemed to be regulars, coming and going. Everyone was greeted with a smile and served promptly. We left very satisfied with leftovers. Would definitely return if in the area.

My husband and I had take away from here after a few drinks in penistone very friendly and accomadating. We will be back very tasty chicken kebab with lots of salad on a nan bread and a meal feast pizza fresh and hot.
