We arrived in nandos and were told it would be a minute to wait. on our return greeted us melonie (short dame with glasses and black hair) on the door. It was a busy evening, but she placed us on a table for after...originally our booking for people. it had been quite stormy at this weekend and the table before the door had not been used, but due to this mistake she placed us on this table. it was extremely cold at this table, but we could overhear melonie saying that she will meet the next person you say it is cold. whether that was a sweat or not, it was extremely inappropriate and goes against nando's policy, which is clearly a sweat for the personal. when the employees tried to sort the chaos of their booking system, the table we were originally assigned (suitable for our party) was handed over to someone else, although we told them that it was our table and were very eager to move out of the cold. when our food arrived, my friends burger stone was cold and our other friends meal was not for a past (about minutes) after our meals arrive at the table. one of the male waiters was extremely apologetic for this error. However, they were set back before all the meals arrived at the table, which meant that we were not given the opportunity to raise the personal attention to the cold meal. against the end of our visit, we were forced to feel from all the workers when they began to clean sauces, eat and drink from the table before we had decided we were done. the workers of this complex were rude, aggressive and unwilling to do their job. I hope in the future that the employees in this institution will be better trained and disciplined by their employer. I will not return to these nandos.

When we arrived for our table, we were first accompanied to a table that was only two people when our party was three. then we were moved through the door to a larger table. it was very cold every time the door was opened and closed and made us all feel very comfortable. we wanted to say something to one of the employees and ask to be moved, but we have overheard a worker in a long gray coat and glasses, say to another employee that if they come someone else and tell them they were cold, they would meet them. After we heard that, we were naturally prevented from being cold. I really don't think this is appropriate, especially if it feels customers how they can't express a problem for the employees by fearing a negative reaction from them. I really hope that this facility in future can create a welcoming environment for customers and that no one has the same experience we did.

Visited for wifes birthday (and have to say this was my worst experience Ive had in a restaurant as didnt even get to order food We were informed it was order at table only even though at least staff including manager were stood around!...With just member of staff trying to arrange seating and inform you how to self order! We attempted times and tried even to attract staffs attention after being sat at least without any success as the system kept crashing. We finally gave up as no member of staff bothered to offer assistance so we got up and left and certainly wont be back as my wifes birthday meal was well and truly ruined by this whole shocking experience!

We turned up to a sign on the door saying that they were fully booked for the evening, we then asked if we could reserve a table for the following week and were told no. I queried how they can be booked for the rest...of the night if they dont take reservations? They said that we could sit and wait for a table but it would be mins. We agreed and only ended up having to wait for mins max. The menu was reduced which was understandable but we were told to order everything that we wanted on the app and then it would come out. We placed an order for desserts but after our main plates were cleares we endes up waiting anothrt mins for the desserts to arrive but didnt show. We then asked the staff where they were, they quickly went to get them together however they had run out of the dessert ordered hrs before and also after offering us cream we were then told they had run out of that too. I know its a crazy time for them but it just wasnt the service i was expexting and hoping for, its like they didnt want people to dine there?!

Busy place everyone doing their jobs ,quick service and not really anything other than what you would expect from Nando’s .
