Przekaż informację zwrotnąOur favorite pizza place! I love the salty Capricciosa with olives, artichoke hearts, ham, mushrooms Soppressata, while my fiance loves the Calabrese con Miele. This time we tried the Fonduta al Forno, which was out of this world. The creamy sweet Gorgonzola on the Pomodori e Gorgonzola salad also divine. The wait is worth it. Get a beverage at the bar, peruse the menu, check out the bottled wine selection and enjoy your cohorts while you wait.
I came in Saturday with a long time friend. I always have lower expectations to restaurants I’ve never tried however food was AMAZING! Really, hats off to the kitchen crew. Our waitress (blonde hair and pigtails but sadly can’t remember her name) was great. I do ask a lot of questions between both wine and food and she was very patient. We really appreciated that! She did a great job checking in but not being overbearing. It seems like the wait staff has a good energy all around. All in all definitely planning to come back when we have a chance!
We love this place and make an effort to stop by when we pass through Sheboygan. Their pizza is fantastic and the waiters are very friendly and accommodating. We also love the store around the corner, ran by the same owner. Highly recommend.
Made reservations for my bday, got there they said they didn't have my name down and didn't have any tables, I should him text I had gotten about my reservations, he looked some more and found my name, he was rued, and did not apologize. Last Tuesday eve, was told a 40 minute wait for outside table, I took the disk that would beep when table was available, my friends and I waited over an hour and I went to check, apparently some of these peppers were not working, she also was not very nice and took her time getting us a table I used to love your place but lots of good restraunts in sheboygan that treat there customers well.
Been an Il Ritrovo customer my entire life (since birth). Have always enjoyed the food, but the service recently has been sub-par and slow. Quality over quantity. Il Ritrovo needs to cut down its capacity and number of tables to make service more personable and quite frankly, better. We waited a good amount of time for water, then bread, and then to be told the specials. We didn’t receive the bill for at least 30 minutes after our meal was finished and were never asked how our meal was. Very disappointed in this experience considering its reputation and legacy in the community. Staff needs to front load if there are issues to customers instead of letting customers wait with no interaction. I have always enjoyed this restaurant but better hospitality is necessary in order to maintain their quality and reputation. I’m not sure how many times I will visit again—though food is always delicious.
