It took them 20 minutes to figure out and tell me that they didn’t have the ingredients to make my order (just an Italian calzone) and then another 10 to make it while I watched at least five people order after and get their food before me.

Don 't! If you 're going to do an online order and pick it up DON 'T. They stick your order in a cube and you still have to wait for the person in front of you make the most important decisions of their life, ending in a $45 order (and a legit 10 minutes later), then when you get to the register, they grab your order. Luckily, the young lady actually looked at my order and figured out half the order (a salad) was missing. So, 5 minutes later, you are handed a bag with the rest of your order. No thanks for waiting almost 20 minutes for an online order containing 3 items! Or even a You 're Welcome to my thanks. I 'm over Schlotzsky 's. The food wasn 't horrible, but not worth this hassle.

Wonderful to find a place that serves soups and sandwiches, not deep fry!Great Broccoli and Cheese soup, spot on iced Tea (no aftertaste! , and to-die for Cinnamon Rolls.Service is slow, tho. I waited 29 minutes for a cup of soup and a Salad.

I've never had a bad meal here, very tasty sandwich and such...
