Fritz's - Shawnee

Watching the trains pass overhead on the tracks was enjoyable, even for older diners! The smiles and laughter of the children made the experience worthwhile. The food arrived warm, brought to our table from an automated contraption. The waiter was attentive to our requests.

The food is good and reasonably priced at this restaurant. Our son is a big fan of trains, so whenever we are near Kansas City, we make a point to stop here. He enjoys watching the trains go by and playing.

Families, both kids and adults, enjoyed watching the trains and the food being served at nearby tables and then at our own. As we were on our way to the USA, I never expected to come across such a unique dining experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking it out!

We were here several times for lunch or dinner and eating was always great. but on the other day we stopped to breakfast and this is just one of the best places to breakfast. all tasted fantastic and they were good portions. server brought food instead of the feeding breakfast, probably because the tellers were too big for it. the children got a kick from the jelly and syrup with the train.

The food, service, atmosphere, and price were all top-notch! We will definitely be returning again when we visit the area!
