Fiesta Mexican Grill Cantina - Shawnee

I didn't taste anything about this restaurant. Seriously, it's at the top. The rojo salsa is tasteful and mild, but if you are in a nice slow heat like me, go with the Verde. Actually, I mixed them together. The owner, Joe, made a few drinks recommendations that were extremely satisfying, while everyone is conversing at the place. The fantastic friendly and attentive staff made the whole place feel good and authentic. Tina was my bartender and was easy to chat. I went with Barbacoa Street Tacos. 3 soft corn tortilla tacos with nothing but ingenious inside.and this bomb ass green sauce (not remember what it is called) and lime on the side. For my pages I asked for rice and coal beans. Fire! Perfectly prepared and absolutely authentic. No joke, these chefs don't play. It is a fairly small place, on the ground floor in downtown Shawnee, but by far one of my new favorite places. I will definitely go back and bring friends and family. Thanks for a great time Fiesta!

I’m so thrilled that a new restaurant has opened in the area, and it’s absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed the food, and the owner was incredibly friendly, taking the time to sit with us and explain all the menu options. We made a list to sample various dishes, and everyone loved what we tried. I highly recommend it!

The food was excellent as the service. Staff are very friendly and offer exceptional service. The manager is very friendly and personal and came to our table to ensure that our meal and service was of high quality.... what it was certainly. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

Fantastic staff and delicious food! I hosted my son's first dinner there with about 35 guests, and everyone was impressed with the flavors. The food tasted homemade and fresh, just like my mother or grandma would make. I highly recommend securing a booking with them!

Went today for lunch and it was awesome! Everything I had was just wonderful! The waitress was so nice and had the greatest personality! Everyone was very friendly and very helpful! I definitely recommend it if you want some good Mexican food!
