Chipotle Mexican Grill - Shawnee

Our food tonight had to be the worse experience at a Chipotle ever. The food was cold, lacked the protein for being a $20 burrito. Nothing we asked for was put on the burritos. A bad enough experience we won't be going back to this location again.

These poor folks are over worked and under staffed. They do a great job handling it and working through the crowds. Hopefully the new one up the street will reduce there load a little bit.

The lady who stands at the beginning of the line, makes you wait while is filling online orders as customers are standing in front of her ready to place on order. I assume she is a manager or the owner. I asked for a side of guacamole today and wasready to pay for it. However, the same lady did not give it to me and falsely claimed that she had placed guacamole on my veggiebowl when she heard the cashiers saying that guacamole comes with the veggie bowl. I was ready to pay for a side of guacamolebut as soon as she was told that I don?t need to pay for it, she falsely claimed that she had already placed it in my bowl anddid not give me my side guacamole. This is very dishonest way of doing a business and she basically stole guacamole from myfood for her own profit!! She needs to know that she is WRONG!! She basically lied to me in front of my own eyes!! I shouldhave asked her to open the lid and let me verify it; but I trusted her. I came home and there was NO guacamole on my bowl?!?!?!

Workers kept focusing on being mean to the new girl, saying she was contributing to an idiocracy instead of just making my order. 7 people working and the new girl was the only one who did her job of putting rice and beans in my bowl, and then when itgot to the girl that said she was contributing to the idiocracy, she kept literally dancing and ignoring my requests for chickenand other toppings, until 5 minutes later she finally realized that my now cold beans and rice were mine. When I told her Iwanted chicken she said hold on and went back to doing the online order, so I left. Waste of time and precious gas to drive here

Nice place. The Issues band played there for a wedding. We had a great time the staff was wonderful. Food was great, a great place to make a little wedding or just a fun party!
