Subway - Shawinigan

I'm not entirely sure if this place opens at 8:00 as stated. I passed by at 9:00 a.m., and there were no lights on inside. I also stopped by again at 10:30 a.m., but the door was locked. Perhaps they're experiencing a staffing issue.

The server, Julie Deziel, made me repeat my order 15 times and didn't listen at all. She was not smiling at all, cut my 12-inch bread into three pieces, and left it like that, making it impossible to eat my sandwich. Very disappointing.

It says online that the restaurant closes at 9 PM, but I arrived at 7 PM and found it closed. There was no message indicating any change in hours.
