El Tequila Mexican Restaraunt - Shawano

I’m always pleased when I visit El Tequila! My husband and I go there at least twice a month. The staff is familiar with us, and some of them even remember our order without needing to ask!

The experience started off a bit rocky. We were seated right away and received chips immediately. After finishing the entire basket of chips (which took about 15 minutes), the server asked if we were ready to order our food, even though we hadn't even ordered our drinks yet. When we finally ordered, I received the wrong flavor of margarita. While it wasn't the one I had wanted, it was still delicious, so I drank it anyway. The bright side was that once the server realized he needed to step it up, he really got his act together and was attentive. The food was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend the nachos and margaritas!

I stumbled upon this restaurant for dinner and instantly fell in love with it. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our waiter checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely return here the next time I'm in town!

There were 7 of us, and we came in later. The staff was very accommodating,got us seated and fed. The food and drinks were very good!

My wife said the margarita was a little light on tequila. More like lime juice.
