Shaver Coffee And Deli - Shaver Lake

This place was super accommodating for the allergy we manage. They checked ingredients for us despite being busy. We truly appreciate food places that take the time to show us ingredients- the sandwiches were excellent.

Snacks and drinks are great. Service was mixed, employees ranging from greeting guests, to looking at their phones while customers are waiting for their orders, to not greeting customers and walking away. Overall, experience was ok.

We stop in here a few times, First time was for the pull apart bread it was heavenly still warm from the oven. Then last week coming from Wishon Lake was wanted an ice cream. Perfect crunchy cone and they were not stingy with the ice cream either! This place is a delight to come to. Staff is very attentive and nice . Family , children of all age will enjoy.

Every place we've been to in this little town has had excellent food and Shaver Coffee Deli was me exception. We had the mocha's, and biscuits and gravy and will have the famous chunky bread shortly. So far everything is excellent! It is small but don't let that stop you from going in. There is some seating in the back too.

This review is solely based on one item that I seek out whenever my family and I go on our yearly camping at nearby Camp Edison: Monkey Bread. Although they do sell coffee, sandwiches, etc, I feel the popular item in the store is their Chunky Bread (aka Monkey Bread). Looks like mashed up pillsbury cinnamon rolls that you can pull apart for easy consumption. Bread will pair well with your favorite hot beverage. This place is a must visit when in the Shaver Lake area.
