Shasta Coffee Company - Shasta Lake

The coffee was a wonderfully crafted light roast, and we ordered the sausage and sage cake... oh my goodness, we should have gotten two! It was small, but absolutely delicious! It brought back memories of how they tasted at Burrow Market in England – just like a little English sausage cake!

These ladies are amazing! They are friendly, quick, and consistently deliver great service! I look forward to the days I stop by to place an order. The menu is a simplified version of the main restaurant's, but what they offer daily is spot on and delicious, especially the Samoan Girl Scout Cookies!

The coffee here is fantastic, and the local donuts and pastries are a real treat! The baristas were friendly and provided excellent customer service. It's the perfect stop for cyclists tackling the Shasta Dam loop.

My son loves this hot chocolate with pepper cream and for me it's a big cup of coffee. Always met with a smile and friendly fast service when you wake up and warm up your inner self from the stove is the place to go.

Hola, I came in here for a cup of “Guarapo con Queso”. They were unable to make it but we 're quick to whip up a fresh cup of coffee with egg in it. I would definitely recommend using egg shells instead of egg. It 's Scandinavian by the way...
