Food Plaza - Shasta Lake

I ordered the trio of tacos, which featured chicken, pork, and beef. Each meat was packed with flavor, but the beef stood out as my favorite. The vegetables—tomatoes, cabbage, and cilantro—were exceptionally fresh. I topped them off with cheese, sour cream, and olives. Overall, it was a fantastic value for the meal.

The experience was just average, and I can't recommend it.

I worked at this restaurant for nearly a year, trying my hardest to inspire my coworkers to enhance service and maintain high standards. Unfortunately, it became apparent that none of them shared the same commitment to this objective. It felt like a constant struggle, as the staff seemed entrenched in their routines and apathetic when it came to making positive changes for the benefit of our customers.
