Fla Juice Bowl - Sharpes

Unfortunately, it's clear that the staff here would rather be elsewhere than working. I had previously addressed with the manager an issue where an employee refused to take my order 15 minutes before closing. The manager promised to address it, but today, 30 minutes before closing, I overheard employees openly expressing disdain for customers ordering near closing time. They were complaining about an online order and even mentioned they wouldn't answer the phone. This experience reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to customer service.

Best smoothies we ever had!! We had The Pole and V-Land and both were amazing. We will definitely be back for smoothies and to try other menu items. Well done!

They ignore mobile orders. Had to wait for over 70 minutes despite ordering ahead.

Love fla juice and bowl and have been going here for years, but lately my orders have been incorrect. Last time the tofu was left off my bowl. This time the prosciutto was left off my Italian toast. I ordered to-go and didn’t notice until I got home. I don’t have time to drive 15 minutes there and back to get my order corrected. Frustrating when prices are high… not sure what the disconnect is but just a heads up to check your order before leaving…

They have wonderful fresh and health conscious items on their menu, and their smoothies and poke bowls are packed with flavor and taste great. The only downside is how long it takes to get your order. Even when it’s dead, it still takes a minimum of 10 minutes. I ordered a smoothie today and got is 20 min later…. They need to either make their menu items more simple or find a more efficient way to make the orders in a timely manner. It’s good but not good enough to wait sooooo long!
