So let me tell you about Yancy!!!!!! He is the best host and best SERVER!!! Cause he did everything and more. Our server barely compared. I wish he was di manager at this point. Raises and bonuses are needed ASAP!!!

Place was very nice but i was not impresed with the food. Service was great. Bartenders where really friendly. The outdoor terrace was very nice. Beautiful views of downton jacksonville.

Pros: Good place to spend time with your love ones! Beautiful view! It has so much potential!Cons: terrible service. The host is the worst, he is very rude and he is always on the phone. I have been there twice and is always the same guy hosting the place, he absolutely terrible. I won’t be back just because of him.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I want to give a shout out to Yancy, the Estrella concierge host. We were 15 minutes late for our dinner reservation and he immediately made accommodations for us on a high top outside. Later, he saw that we were getting cold and brought a standing heater out for us. I really appreciate that kind of service. Well done Yancy!! Also, a shout out to our server (I can’t remember his name, but he was on point). And a separate shout out to the bartender that happens to be a twin. Good work ya’ll!

The food was great and Yancy was EXCELLENT! I was absolutely freezing sitting outside but did not want to be a bother by asking to move any of the heaters. Yancy noticed quickly how cold I was and dragged a heater over for myself and my partner and also gave me a blanket to use!!
