I never really write reviews, but I must say Damascus Kitchen is the best Chicken Swarma I've had in years I like it so much I eat there five days a week for last 3-4? years and I always look forward for to my next awesome meal there because I'm going tomorrow ha ! As the ups man ,it's hard to find a place we're I could get a home cook meal ! its not fancy but honestly very Wholesome comfortable place to be in. A nice mom pop restaurant that has good food @good prices ! hey ! Emery riddle pilots ‍ fly in from Daytona Beach or drive in for dinner!that says a lot ! Momma always in back working hard guys too ! momma god bless her ,cooks me a awesome dinner remind s me when my grandmother cook me a home cook meal ! I highly recommend you to visit because this in the top 3if you want a real chicken Shawarma Sandwich you go to Damascus kitchen

A truely authentic shawarma place! Loved the food which was spiced, and cooked right. The sandwiches came with a generous side of freshly cut vegteables and X-tra toom (garlic sauce) on the side. If you want to enjoy a traditional sahwarma, which is the menu item that I tried, you should give this place a shot, you will get hooked, like I did! 2023 visit update I felt like this place needs to keep up with the service and cleanliness. Service was slow, and the place could have used more cleaning. Sandwich came with a twist tie in it, and the side vegteables weren 't as generous as before.

Decent food but what I ordered is not completely what I got. They omitted 3 parts of the veggie platter and added beets instead. I loathe beets and it was a big part of the meal.And that was on top of when I went to go order pick up I noticed a customer double dipping in their buffet style servings.

I have to say this place has the best Shawerma, Flafel, Baba Ghanoug, and Sweets (Golash)

Best spot for Authentic Syrian/Lebanese food. Food is fresh, zesty and prepared for a genuine taste. The Chicken Shawarma with Saj bread, Grape Leaves, and hummus are the best in Jax. If you want Mediterranean food or are in the mood for lots of flavor you should try this restaurant. The owners were very pleasant to talk to. You could also try the buffet on the weekend. 100% recommend the Damascus Kitchen.
