Przekaż informację zwrotnąOh my! What happened here? This place forgot about COVID. We walked in around 745pm and a server was sitting on the edge of the front counter beside the register. Her bottom right there! I was trying not to stare. The atmosphere and the menu has changed. We ordered the trio and our entrées with limits bc the fryer was down. I needed service plates and napkins so I went over to the counter to request and he was kind and helpful. However I think a manager or team lead woman,whoever walks up to me and asked if I were leaving. She analyzed our table bc phones were there, food and keys but no people. She said I thought you were leaving. I said no never would I order and leave without an explanation or payment. The food was MEH! We were very hungry after a full day and ended it with a disappointing meal. We'll I guess Crumbl masked that meal. Even the GM was there and he had his back against the serving table from the kitchen and the server had to reach around him to grab my food. Our server was great and kind. She was not responsibile for any of this. 100 for a huge disappointment!
I actually liked this place, and became a three times a week customer. Spent alot of money the past few months. But I am big on customer service, and was treated badly today. The new cashier messed on my order, which i calmly mentioned to her. But the manager Jennifer, disciplined me the customer because she was new and a teenager. Apparently i was not supposed to l say anything about what i paid for.I was so confused, i thought i was the employee. I kindly asked for a full refund, and I will not return. Exceptional Customer Service is a must, do better.
