Not sure how I I had a 1 HOUR wait in a Drive Thru, but it happened. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, took 10 mins to get to the monitor, was asked to wait another 15 mins even ORDER. Took them another 15 to get my 2 orders done, and then gave me the wrong bag to the person ahead of me. Another 15 mins of waiting in the car for the order to be redone, and STILL had to go inside after that. I’m usually very understanding of what the staff deals with, but with only 2 cars and maybe 3 people ordering inside, this was inexcusable. I just tried it again not 3 days later, and two cars ahead of me gave up in the drive thru without even being responded to. Both Merrill Rd. Locations should just close down at this point.
Took over 30 mins just for one sandwich got all the way home and didn’t even get what I ordered I won’t be going back avoid location at all costs
Only 2 employees working very hard. Made for a long wait.
The employees are completely dysfunctional. Incredibly rude, took way too long, and still managed to mess up an order with only 2 items on it. Burger King is not what it used to be.
