This is my second visit to the Sanitary, on the Beaufort Inlet in Morehead City. The place has been there since the 1930’s has a good reputation with the local fishermen. However, you can get run-of-the-mill fried seafood for what you would expect to pay for high quality fare. Will go for the broiled next time. Staff very friendly. Restrooms adequate clean. Drinks tasty. You really can’t beat the old school fish house atmosphere sound side seating. Plenty of free parking
