My order for 3 pizzas came to €37, expensive enough considering one consisted of just pizza sauce and pepperoni. So the time allocated for collection was 15 mins, so 30 mins later when my order was ready he gave me only 2 dips, I asked would he throw in another and he said it would be a further €1.50, I replied I had just spent almost 40 euro, surely a dip per pizza was expected and he said no again. So I told him to keep it. I'll be going to Apache in Ennis next time, which is my usual branch, they always give you an extra dip if you ask nicely.
Great prices and staff. My concern and why I gave it 2 stars is, for a place that specialises in Pizza, its absolutely bang average if even that. The signature dough is too thick and extremly chewy and just overall unpleasant. Toppings were fresh and very nice as were my sides of garlic bread, chips and chicken strips. There's better pizza places out there so I cannot recommend it for Pizza.
So disappointed. Its my son's birthday and he chose pizza. We ordered online and delivery took much longer than stated on the website. When the food arrived the two chips were half empty. At €3 each this isn't acceptable. We rang straight away and after 6 calls finally got through. We were told a driver would be back to collect the chips and deliver us fresh ones. That was 45 mins ago and we are still waiting. No apology or anything. Very bad customer service.
The food is excellent, and the pizza is outstanding—overall, a fantastic place. However, I had one issue with the delivery; the staff wasn't very helpful.
The pizza is quite good—it's not the best I've ever had, but definitely better than the worst. The staff at the shop were very polite.
