Burger King - Shallotte

Food was good. Staff was friendly. Glad to see the lobby back open.

Clean, quiet and the burger were hot off the grill. No complaints.

The food is good and most of the management there is nice, but I was recently made aware of an older male manager with a mustache that doesn't respect the personal space of the female employees that work there. Rubbing up against them should not be tolerated. Also, check you change because he almost short changed a friend of mine. Thank goodness she realized it before she left the window.

Nate is amazing. Although my Whopper meal took almost 7 minutes to be served, Nate kept me updated on its status and provided excellent service. He is a fantastic employee and I am grateful for his assistance. Thank you, Nate in Monroe!

I used to love Burger King, but after my visit today, I won't be returning. There were three customers and all tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, and the drink machine wasn't working properly. When I mentioned it to the employee, she just stood there and stared at me. What great service you have at this location!
