Bojangles - Shallotte

Clean your oil, all my food came out looking burnt. unacceptable.

This has to be worse Bojangles I have ever been to. Been there 3 different occasions between 7:45-8pm and every time they are closed. On the app it says they close at 10pm, but I have yet to see that. The employees were very rude to my wife as they were stuffing their faces with french fries behind the locked doors. Very disappointed for sure.

Chicken was dry and appeared to have sat under the warmer past it's pull point. Very disappointing after having a craving for chicken and passing up KFC because I like spicy.......live and
