7pm Called multiple times to place order. They never answered so we went there and waited. Service was questionable. Couple guys who didn’t seem to know what they were doing and it was very hard for myself and the other customers there to communicate with them. Ordered a side of carrots to go and the guy couldn’t figure out what to put them in. People in line in front of us actually left before ordering due to the struggle the guy in front of them was having. The food was very bland and just not good. Very disappointing.

I ordered from Tokyo tonight because I’m 7 months pregnant and had a craving for Japanese food, but I won’t be coming back. My husband received moldy chicken, and my chicken had an awful smell and taste that reminded me of a dead rodent. I usually don’t write reviews, whether positive or negative, but I feel it’s important to warn others about the food here. It’s not worth putting your health or your children’s health at risk.
