Avoid trying to get food in the last 20 minutes before closing. They turn off the open sign, start to dismantle the food line, and block access as if they are already closed. Not all menu items are available, and the staff may treat you with frustration.

When I pointed this out, the staff seemed a bit confused and looked to their coworkers for instructions. Eventually, they moved the floor cookie to a separate bag but then set it down on the work counter with the other food items. Meanwhile, no one had washed their hands after picking up the cookie from the ground, and as they continued serving my order, they reached into the chip drawer without any additional sanitation. In short, please, don’t serve items that have touched the floor, and make sure to wash your hands regularly.

I was initially doubtful, but this place is truly Chipotle, only much better! The customer service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic! The chips and queso are my absolute favorite!

Loves the Street Style Chicken Tacos. Only the complaint was the last time I had it, there was hardly a sprinkle of Cotija cheese (my fave part) and I asked for picked onions and I got clear red.

I stopped in about 45 minutes before closing time. For this reason, the food was a little less fresh and hot than it typically is. I ordered a bowl, and they only filled it halfway, so I paid around $12 for not a lot of food. A bit disappointing!
