Dairy Queen - Shakopee

Many Dairy Queen's add air to their ice cream so they save on the mix right. They can say which the air add because their cones are soft and muddy and lack taste. This Dairy queen does not add air, as you can say, even to pick up the cone, it is very hard not muddy at all. I give this Dairy Queen 100

This Shakopee location is open, vs the other that recently closed. Good food, nummy treats, pleasant service. Free shaking when ordering by app, thru 04/24.

Usually the ride is really long, but if you eat in it, it doesn't take time at all. I have ice cream and my buddy has a children's meal. The food was nice, hot and crispy! The best part is that on the children's meal there is a small cone is free with this coupon so my buddy got an ice cone and I got a dilly bar, the checkout gave us both ice creams free!!! Very good service!!

I've been here a few times. Food is amazing, but the waiting time and customer service... not so much. I understand that it takes time to make the food and everything, but there is really no excuse for customer service.

Way better than PL DQ. Drive through is a bit slow but worth the wait.
