You can find great alternative options at this restaurant, and the delivery service is also very good.

On December 25th, 2021, we ordered a burger, baked mussels, and a roll from this restaurant. Despite being promised a 90-minute wait time, we ended up waiting for 2.5 hours. This has happened before and is unacceptable. We were told that the manager would contact us to explain the delay, but after waiting for 15 minutes, nobody reached out to us or apologized. The service was terrible due to the long wait, and to make matters worse, the food arrived very cold. The burgers even had small bones in the beef, making it necessary to eat cautiously to avoid breaking a tooth. While the other dishes were good, these issues completely ruined our overall impression of Sushi Box. I do not recommend this restaurant.

They promised to bring it in half an hour but I ended up waiting for two hours. They brought cold dishes. The rolls fell apart. The sauce was diluted. Overall, I did not like it. I will not order from them again. Only negative feelings remained.

Delivery has deteriorated instead of the promised 1 hour we have been waiting for 2 hours, and have not yet been delivered !!! Will not order again!!!! 1 2 , !!! !!!!
