The Van Aken District - Shaker Heights

Having grown up in this area in the 70's it is amazing to me how much it has changed. Now a beautiful shopping area with a great variety of eateries. Stop by!!

Met someone there. We ate at the stand that sales fried brisket. My company indicated the fried brisket was very good after the added onions from my tuna. The tuna was good. It lasted me 2 days because I ate it again for dinner. This was a between meal snack first.

Once you ignore the artificial construction of a social place this place could be decent. Though, very quiet past 7

What a great job of renovating this iconic place. Lovely stores, especially the one where local makers can rent a cubicle to showcase their makes. Great concept. Brassica was a great place for lunch.
