I am frustrated with consistently waiting over 10 minutes for my order, only for it to be incorrect and needing to ask for the correct item. My coffees are frequently served less than halfway full, which is disappointing considering the high cost. The standout feature of this place is Oliver; I also miss Justin's presence.
I absolutely love the Lakewood location, but I am not sure what is happening with this one. The wait times are terrible, my orders are always incorrect, and the portions are small considering the high prices. I have never written a negative review before and usually do not mind, but this is unacceptable. The management really needs to properly train their employees so they have a chance at providing better service. However, Oliver is still excellent.
The menu at this restaurant is impressive, with a variety of healthy and vegan options. There is ample space to gather with friends or have a business meeting.
Wonderful place that has many yummy vegan and vegetarian options on the menu and in their grocery section. Great location. Coffee too!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don’t know how my experience ended up souring so quickly. Initially, I found them via a vegans/vegetarians page on Facebook. They were willing to bring a drink special from one location to another for me. I was so impressed with their communication and customer service. The day I was supposed to pick up the drink (that I drove 35 mins one way for), they had no idea who I was or that I was coming and informed me the drink had been thrown away!? They also couldn’t answer any of my questions about food allergens… this is a health food store that offers organic and allergen-free foods! How!? They seemed annoyed to be working at all. I was even informed that my other purchases should have been comped for my inconvenience but I paid full price for everything. Not only that, but the muffin I finally ate today had a LIVE BEETLE INSIDE THE WRAPPER. I have contacted them 3x since Sunday (it is now Friday) and have received zero communication back. What happened!? How did they go from being so incredible to going ghost and having zero accountability for a bug in their food, throwing away something I ordered, treating customers terribly, and having no experience with their products!? I’ll never go back.
